People born on March 9 are innovative explorers who are always willing to take risks and venture boldly into the unknown or to experiment with new ideas and concepts. Their courageous style is often admired by others and, because they are so independent, their lives are often packed with excitement and suspense.
People born on this day are often bursting with energy and enthusiasm, moving so fast it can wear themselves and others out.... From an early age they have learned to trust themselves because their intuition frequently leads them in the right direction. They have an ability to see the world from an unusual viewpoint and for this reason they make great advisors and friends...
A part of people born on this day always longs to fly away but, once they have found a way to balance their need for responsibility with their need to rush headlong into uncharted lands, they have the perception, charisma and enthusiasm to push forward social reforms. Although capable of great commitment once they have found a cause they believe in, they should make sure that they never lose touch of the key to their personality and success—their adventurous and curious spirit.
Love Fireworks
The dynamic drive and energy of people born on March 9 can always gain them plenty of admirers and they tend to fall in love quickly.
Career
Born social campaigners
These people have a profound sense of justice and empathy for the underdog and this makes them natural social reformers or campaigners. Indeed whatever career they enter into—be it sport, art or politics—they will always show a marked interest in humanitarian concerns. Their ability to advise and influence others may also draw them to counseling, psychology, teaching, writing, and management, and because they also have great intuitive powers the world of psychic development may appeal.
Destiny
To commit to making the world a better place. The life path of people born on this day is to learn responsibility and commitment toward others. Once they have been able to do that without losing their sense of adventure, their destiny is to commit themselves to humanitarian concerns and by so doing make the world a better and a fairer place.

Whether you’ve resolved to get debt-free in 2014 or you have a long way to go, it’s good to be inspired. Look at people you know who are already living debt-free lives. Whether it’s a friend, family member or co-worker, the person you are thinking of probably shares similar qualities with other debt-free people. Here are 10 common characteristics you can copy to live within your means.
1. They Pay Attention to Details
You won’t notice that recurring fee on your credit card for the gym you’ve stopped using if you’re not checking your statement regularly. People without debt monitor their personal finances closely. They are less likely to waste money by forgetting about payment due dates or overdraft fees.
You can start paying more attention also. The key is just to start. Try looking at your credit card statements every month. Next monitor all of your spending. Now add up your income. Compare the two and see where you could cut back. Re-visit this budget a few times a year to stay on track.
2. They Know Their Stuff
Debt-free people do their own research. They might have an accountant, but they don’t send over paperwork or sign their taxes without looking them over. If you want control over your finances, you need to learn about them. It may feel overwhelming but the sense of security you will feel in understanding what’s happening with your money will outweigh the discomfort.
3. They Pretend They Make Less
Even if you are already deep in debt, you can start to improve your situation by immediately changing the way you look at your money. Imagine you make 10%, 25% or even 50% less than you do. Make a budget using that math. It may be impossible at first, but start making cuts to your spending.
Debt-free people live on less than they make. This allows them to put money aside for buying a house, retirement and an emergency fund. This provides a financial independence that allows you more options in the future.
4. They Think Long Term
When the focus isn’t on immediate gratification, you can make smarter decisions. Sure, it would be nice to have this season’s hottest shoes, but how will they help your long-term financial goals? This doesn’t mean you can’t ever buy shoes! It just means you have to save up before you buy them. This also gives you the time to consider if you really even like the shoes and avoid impulse purchases.
5. They Aren’t Afraid to Ask
Ask for help. Ask for lower interest rates. Ask for forgiveness when they make one late payment. Debt-free people take control of their finances and they aren’t meek about it. If you know someone who has met a financial milestone you admire (saved $1 million for retirement, bought a car in cash, etc.), don’t be afraid to ask how they did it.
6. They Save
Whether you got a significant bonus or a $25 check from Grandma, you should think first of paying yourself. This is true of your regular paycheck as well. You know you have to pay the rent (or mortgage), so treat your savings account the same way. Make it a habit. And better yet, make it a mindless habit by setting up automatic deposit. Debt-free people know adding even small amounts now will give you more financial freedom later.
7. They Set Goals
You’ll find it easier to put aside money if you have a strong sense of what it’s going toward. This works for when you are saving up for those shoes, planning a vacation or thinking about retirement. Debt-free people set specific goals so they know what they are striving for. This helps you stay on track. Retirement can be a hard one for young people. It seems so far away! Think about what sounds appealing about retirement. If it’s travel, imagine the places you will visit. Now the goal seems more specific.
8. They Say No
You may get lots of tempting offers throughout the week for lunch with co-workers or dinner with friends. Don’t be afraid to say no. Debt-free people know that saying no to smaller expenses can add up to big savings. This doesn’t mean you can’t have any fun. Host a potluck dinner instead of trying out the new, expensive restaurant. Meet up with friends in the park for a walk instead of taking an expensive exercise class.
9. They Know the Value of Cash
Debt-free people know the value of a dollar… because they see it! It can be easy to overspend when you are never seeing actual money. Having to part with some cash can remind you the transaction you are making is real. Plus, once that cash is gone, it’s gone. Try only using cash for a while and see how it changes your perception of purchasing.
10. They Value Experiences Over Stuff
Debt-free people aren’t focused on things. They value experiences more than having the latest things. The average person will list family and friends high on what they value. But are your choices reflecting that? If you are working extra hours to pay for a fancy meal with the family, think about the tradeoffs. Would you be better off not working late and having two (or five or 10) meals at home with the family?
To become debt-free, you are going to have to shed some of your current bad habits and take on some new, more constructive ones. Use the people who already living debt free as inspiration.

I used to be such a financial mess. I would go months and months without even looking at my accounts. I had no idea what I really owed because it was easier to be blissfully unaware and in denial than to face reality. And my poor organization went on for years because I really didn't want to change my ways until I was finally ready, but that's a whole other story!
Being financially unorganized can be detrimental to your finances, your credit, and your future. It is important to take steps to get organized if you have been losing bills, missing payments, and totally overwhelmed by the thought of budgeting.
1. Have Supplies on Hand
Invest in the right supplies to get organized. If you can't afford a filing cabinet, at least buy a box of manila folders and a milk crate. Have a calculator, a notebook, a pen, and a marker handy. These are the basics to get started. There is no need to invest in expensive technology or supplies to get the job done. You could also benefit from having a trash bag and a paper shredder.
2. Collect All Relevant Documents
Sweep your house for all relevant personal financial documents, bills, statements, and other correspondence. Bring it all to the table so you can put everything in order at one time. Start by opening all the mail you've pushed aside or let pile up, and tossing the trash, and stacking papers to keep. Sort all paperwork into separate piles by relevant categories. You should also consider downloading a copy of your credit report.
3. Account for Your Obligations
On a sheet of your notebook paper, write down every account you have open. Include the creditor, monthly amount due, date due and total balance owed, and note the interest rate on relevant accounts. If you have a credit report, compare the information you have versus the information on the report.
4. Prioritize Your Financial Obligations
Using your list, write down your obligations on a monthly basis, noting any debts that are overdue, carry a high interest rate, and the balances due on your monthly bills. Tally the monthly obligations and subtract the amount from your monthly income. This will give you a quick reference as to your ability to make ends meet each month before you actually work through a budget.
5. Review and Downsize
Through the years, people tend to collect accounts they don't necessarily need, or they pay for services they never use. Now is the time to review each and every statement you have on every account. Note items you no longer need, use or want so you can cancel them and save more money. Take time to compare pricing for services you do use including for your cell phone, insurance, banking, and utilities. You may find you can free up some much-needed funds when you pay attention to what is going on.
6. Organize Your Files
If you already have a filing system, purge all of the old documents you no longer need. Shred or burn documents to protect your privacy. Make sure to have a file folder for each account you have open including for your bills, insurance policies, medical documents, loan paperwork, etc. Create a folder where all income bills are placed as soon as they come in, and keep that in front of the crate or filing cabinet. Create a page for each month of the year in the notebook to help you keep track of bills you've paid and include any other relevant monthly financial information on the page so all of your notes are easily accessible in one place.
7. Set Your Goals
In order to know where you are going financially, now is the time for setting goals. Since all of the information is in front of you, start planning for the short-term and long-term goals including paying off debts, cutting expenses, and saving for a variety of reasons.

In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index tumbled 2.9% to 21,397 points, while key benchmarks in South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia were down by at least 1.2%. At home, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KL Composite Index declined 25.2 points, or 1.4%, to 1,778.83 points. Disappointing manufacturing data in the United States released on Monday added to investors’ growing scepticism about the health of the global economy following dismal factory output numbers from China last week.

When it feels like you're a million dollars in the hole, living with that number hanging over your head doesn't feel very good. However, aside from making consistent progress toward paying your debt, there's not much else you can do — so relax with these positive suggestions to turn your mood around.
1. Do any of these free things
If you're in debt and conserving all your money for payments and essentials, life can be a lot more stressful.
However, there are actually a lot of free things to do solo or with friends, and ways to entertain yourself.
Exercise is a welcomed form of stress relief, and it's as easy as taking a long walk around your neighborhood. Have you always wanted to create a bucket list? Take every half-developed thought you've ever had and nurture it.
2. Be proactive
Debt can be so stressful, and the worst part of living with debt is feeling like you're not in control.
Control the situation by informing yourself of all the choices, which include new ways of budgeting your income or speaking to a finance professional. Of course, in order to take control, take a look at all of your debts and figure out how much you owe. Then tack on the interest charges and get a clearer understanding of your debt.
You do have options, regardless how bad the situation. If you feel like there's no way to pay off all that you owe, and the debt is controlling your life, sometimes the best option is to file for bankruptcy. However, bankruptcy should not be treated lightly, and should be considered as the last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
Speaking of other options, there are many methods of decreasing your debt and having the interest rate lowered.
3. See if your credit card company has a hardship program
Many major creditors have hardship programs for consumers in a state of financial hardship which temporarily reduces payments (sometimes even eliminating them) and fees until they have recovered. This is a little known fact because banks don't publicize them, but they do exist and are different than the debt management plans we've covered.
Contact your credit card company and see if they have such programs in place, and whether you qualify.
4. Talk about it
Sometimes it can be so refreshing to have someone to vent to, especially when you have a big secret.
According to Dr. Alan Manevitz, a clinical psychiatrist at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, the negative feelings that spiral as a result of debt is actually called "debt stress syndrome."
Many people feel ashamed of having debt problems, but releasing yourself from the stigma and talking to someone can help release your stress and be a source of comfort. If you talk with loved ones about your issues, you'll have that many more people brainstorming ways to help you.
5. Make money
It's all about the money, honey! You got yourself into debt — now get yourself out. You may have a college degree, but if you're holding out for what your idea of an entry-level job is, you're shutting yourself out of options.
For instance, according to analysis by the Pew Research Center, a record number of households, one-in-five, now owes student loan debt.. You can look for work opportunities that offer better pay, but in the meantime you may consider taking on an extra job to start paying off those bills and start your own nest egg.

“I INVESTED in a China fund and lost money. No more unit trusts.I’ve been burned!”
“I bought a shop in 2006. During the financial crisisin 2007,BLR (base lendingrate) went double digit and I couldn’t service my loan. I defaulted and lost my shop to the bank.”
“My mother bought shares at IPO and the prices came down. I don’t want to take such risk. Better keep in fixed deposit(FD).”
Have you experienced the above?Investing can be risky. Just like living life. Some risks are small like getting cut when not holding a knife properly.Other risks like racing bikes on the roads are higher.

Malaysians like property for its ability to appreciate and hedge against inflation. Many deem it an attractive investment and only invest in condos or houses.
Yet, there are others who feel returns from property to be slow. Better to invest in shares and make a killing, they argue.
Or invest in blue-chip shares and recoup profit at the right time! Yet, without the crystal ball, we never know when the right time is.
Unit trusts in general are suitable for investors who have no time or investment expertise, as funds are invested into a diversified pot of stocks in different sectors and/or regions with some portions in cash equivalents.
Prof it from continuous investing
To minimise or cut loss, do not choose to do nothing. Doing nothing makes you LOSE money,
eaten up by inflation! Instead, invest in different asset classes.
Research done byGaryP.Brinson (1995), Roger P.Obbotson (2000) and Vanguard Group (2004) has
shown having a portfolio of different assets can give you success rates of 70% up to 90%.
Build a portfolio of different assets like deposits, unit trust funds, properties and shares. With the right
guidance and knowledge, a portfolio can also include currencies, wine, paintings, coins and
other investable instruments.
With such a diversified portfolio, every RM1,000 invested can yield a return betterthan what a FD
can give you.
Given time, your investment will out-pace your personal inflation rate and put you in the positive.
If you have made losses from past investments, you profit from proactive investing into different asset classes.
Learn from your losses and move forward. Invest to rebuild your wealth

Bak kata Einstein You never fail until you stop trying atau anda takkan gagal selagi anda terus mencuba.
