Pada 29 Oktober 2021 lalu, berlangsung di sebuah pantai di Mersing, Johor, pihak kami mengadakan program mini Upload dan Cleansing Energi. Kali terakhir program kami yang ke-empat pada 2014 lalu. Sebenarnya kami mencari tempat baharu untuk program pada tahun 2022=6 nanti. 2022=6 elemen Besi satunya emas = rezeki. Alang2 kami buat program di situ, ada seorang client berminat untuk join program dan jalani prosess rawatan saka pula. Jadi, kami jemput perawat untuk membuat rawatan. Sebab kepakaran kami tentang energi bukannya perawatan alternatif. Lagipun client ini pernah bertemu dengan perawat yang lain sebelumnya yang memberitahu client untuk mandi air laut. Jadi, kebetulan pula kena dengan program ini. Seperti biasa, tempat dipilih sekitar Mersing kerana menurut peta emas Malaysia, kawasan tersebut kaya dengan emas. Lagipun sudah 4 kali program sebelum ini kami buat di Mersing pun. Program cleansing di tepi pantai menggunakan laut dan seterusnya tanam pasir pantai. Kaedah tanam pasir pantai memang biasa ada diamalkan di beberapa tempat di dunia. Begitu juga cleansing air laut umpama orang bermandi-manda seperti biasa juga. Sebelum ini kaedah cleansing air laut sebegini pernah dikecam di Facebook oleh beberapa individu termasuk beberapa tahfiz tetapi kami ikhtiarkan usaha energi daripada dibiarkan begitu sahaja. Kami pun jaga solat dsbnya jadi tak timbul pertikaian tentang kaedah ini sepatutnya. Kami tahu batas agama. Takkanlah mandi laut dan tanam pasir pantai pun haram jika begitu haramkan semua mandi laut kepada seluruh penduduk Malaysia. |

Tentu sahaja kita usahakan keempat-empat jenis kekayaan tersebut. Dalam metafizik pernomboran dan metafizik energi yang diusahakan adalah kekayaan metafizik. Dapat kekayaan fizikal tentunya satu bonus. Diterjemahkan kekayaan fizikal kepada metafizikal. Contohnya, dapat berbelanja besar (kekayaan fizikal) di sebuah pasaraya besar guna wang yang sedikit (kekayaan metafizikal). Ianya tidak logik tetapi kita usahakan kekayaan metafizikal secara berterusan.
“Smell is a primitive route to the limbic system – a part of the brain involved in our behavioural and emotional responses – that defies logic and conscious thought,” explained psychologist and leadership coach Dr Perpetua Neo. “I use smell to help my clients wire good habits and unwire bad ones.”
According to Dr Neo, smell has the power to “short circuit” even a person’s resistance to feel good.
“By letting my clients inhale a smell they love, this can teleport them to another headspace as the scent molecules hit the body and then the brain, there is no space or energy for your mind to wander. The client is 100 per cent wrapped up in that moment,” she told CNA Lifestyle in an email interview.

French perfumer Francis Kurkdjian of Maison Francis Kurkdjian agreed that the sense of smell is the most instinctive of the five senses – he refers to smell as a “primal sense”.
Even though scents are intangible, the scent master pointed out that these are able to trigger positive emotions such as happiness and joyfulness. “Smells speak directly to our emotional brain, bypassing the filter of conscious thought, interacting directly with our buried emotions and hidden memories.”
In spite of that, how a scent impacts people varies from person to person. Of the imaginable olfactory potions out there, both are quick to point out that smell is subjective.
“I can recommend a smell (that brings me happiness) but you may not agree,” said Kurkdjian.
Dr Neo added: “For some, the scent of cut grass makes them happy; for others, it smells like a painful assault, as if the grass is crying out.”
“Smell is unique to each of us,” explained Kurkdjian. “A scent that evokes the same feeling for everyone does not exist.”
Consequently, the journey to finding one or a suite of scents for you is an extremely personal one.
“As the sense of smell is unique to each of us, there is little chance that the feeling of happiness or even joy, fear, sadness and peace created by the scent is shared with others,” said the French nose.
While there isn’t a one-size-fits-all scent, Kurkdjian said there are shortcuts to sniffing your way into a state of bliss.
“In the Cologne Forte collection, I pushed the boundary between smelling fresh and smelling cleaning – think the fresh, clean feeling you have when putting on a freshly ironed shirt or getting into bed with crisp, clean sheets. Each scent offers a luminous aura that is meant to make you feel good, spiritually and physically; on top of smelling good.”
Taking in a scent associated with happier memories and emotions can miraculously alter a person’s mood – from meh to wow in a matter of a whiff. The scent will hit the sweet spot, offering temporary relief.
In order to find that elusive sweet spot, Dr Neo suggested experimenting with different scents to discover a smell that “jives” best with your body and mind to help you feel happier.
“Scent in the form of perfume and essential oils can be employed as a luxe form of cherishing ourselves. For example, think a ritualistic anointing of yourself in your favourite smells, the way people in ancient cultures did,” said the psychologist.
For the benefit of fledging scent seekers looking to get their sensorial journey off the ground, the good doctor lists the top five notes that may offer comfort and relief, along with its respective benefits.
CITRUS
“Citrus scents are associated with mood boosts – they make you happier – or reduce distress so you feel relief. A Japanese study found that sniffing yuzu made people happier for up to 30 minutes.”
MINT
“The mint family brings a sense of freshness. It’s hard not to feel more alive when sniffing mint, especially with how it hits your nose.”
“Lavender brings a sense of calm and helps us feel grounded. When we think too much and are lost in the tornadoes of our heads, it bring us ‘back to earth’, helping us feel safe in our bodies while enhancing our mood.”
ROSEMARY
“Rosemary makes us feel alert and it smells both healing and nourishing. The ancient Greeks would wear rosemary garlands to help them remember better; today, it’s been found to be associated with better memory.”
ROSE
“Rose, ylang ylang and jasmine work in favour of females or people wanting to connect with their feminine energy.”
To make the most out of scent therapy, Dr Neo has her own modus operandi.
“When I’m winding down, I might inhale lavender or Siberian fir; and when I’m doing a thinking task, I would use eucalyptus, ravinstara or peppermint. By taking three deep breaths and inhaling a scent deeply, the brain and body resets itself.”
Besides the use of fragrances, Dr Neo also encouraged scenting as a way of taking care of ourselves. “Self-care starts with our daily rituals, such as skincare. For example, slowly massaging beautifully-scented skincare into your face.”
Investing in one’s personal space is equally important. “A beautiful-smelling space is one you’ll look forward to being in, and you’ll also enjoy your time there," she said.
"Use diffusers (electric or reed), candles and incense so your favourite scents waft through your space. Also consider how different rooms or spaces in your house can have different smells; similarly, the different points of the day.”

Clare says there are six personality types when it comes to managing money, and each one needs to employ different techniques to boost their savings.
So, which one are you? And what should you be doing?
The Worrier
‘A worrier is often unduly risk-averse, experiencing stress, insomnia and panic – all of which can potentiate a very vicious worry cycle around money, says clinical psychotherapist Dr Jo Gee.
‘They often go to great lengths to avoid making errors due to a general lack of confidence, so we’re likely to witness a ‘worrier’ preparing for money catastrophes and obsessing over the amount of money they have.’
You’re likely a worrier if you often find yourself up at 3am panicking about your money situation, experience deep dread when you check your bank account, and feel like you have no clue what you’re doing.
Clare suggests that worriers rope in some external support. Knowledge is power and talking about concerns is key.
‘Worriers will benefit from more open and positive discussions around money, especially with a financial advisor,’ she notes. ‘If the issues are impacting their everyday life, it might even be worth taking a financial awareness course.
‘To avoid unnecessary doubts, I would suggest that someone who worries about money, store their savings in an instant saver account – so that they can be secure in the knowledge that they can access their funds at any given time, should they need to.’
The Avoider
You’re the type to bury your head in the sand and pretend everything’s fine.
‘For people who like to hide away from their money problems, adopting fun spending habits that track any potential financial issues – before they catch up with them – is a great way to keep them interested and engaged,’ suggests Clare.
‘If that’s you, then you could try doing a no-spend challenge, which means minimising or cutting out your spending in a specific area.
‘You could also try not buying clothes, eating out, or drinking alcohol for a week – then put the money you would have normally spent on these things into your savings. This can be an exciting way to challenge yourself, just be sure you don’t “no-spend” on any life essentials.’
The Compulsive Spender
Compulsive spenders love to go on spending sprees. They’re the type who always feels the need to treat themselves – even when they know they can’t afford it… especially not for the fifth time this month.
You’re an impulsive, emotional spender who gets a rush from buying stuff.
Clare advises: ‘For those of you who feel like you compulsively spend and who want to gain a sense of control, I suggest that you put a percentage of your income into a fixed savings account – as, that way, your money won’t be as readily available for you to whip out on a whim.
‘That invisible barrier will stop you from making unnecessary deductions to your bank balance without proper thought and consideration.’
Mario Weick, psychologist at Durham University, also recommends coming up with a specific future goal that you can focus on.
‘The benefits of saving money materialise over time, so focusing on a future goal can make it easier to save money,’ he notes. ‘If you focus on the here and now, you may encourage further spending. The key to strengthening your savings is to make the process easy, sociable and fun.’
The Compulsive Saver
The opposite of the above, this personality type feels the need to save every penny – and struggles with guilt when spending, well, anything.
That might be good for your bank balance, but it’s not a good route to financial or mental wellbeing.
‘Neither extreme spending nor extreme frugality is a pathway to happiness,’ explains Mario. ‘Uncontrolled spending can cause guilt and debt but, on the other hand, being overly frugal can be burdensome and cause excessive worries about how you spend your money.
‘A healthy balance between restraint and allowing oneself some pleasure and spontaneity is probably an optimal strategy to boost happiness – it’s the golden formula.’
Clare suggests ‘setting aside a bit of a budget for “fun” each month – a lump of cash that is purely used to indulge in yourself and work on your internal happiness’.
The Risk Taker
You make quick decisions and don’t always think about the potential consequences. You like to gamble.
‘The Risk Taker’s behaviour is motivated by the production of dopamine from neurons in the brain’s reward circuit, which creates a sense of pleasure and thrill at the concept of risk and reward,’ says Jo.
‘Short term gain should never win out against long term pain, so these personality types need to set boundaries around their financial risks, define these with a financial advisor and get therapeutic support if their sensation-seeking behaviours are becoming an issue.’
Clare suggests creating a barrier for spending, explaining: ‘If you often find yourself making financial decisions with little forethought, it’s vital that you stay aware of your tendencies and be mindful of how much money you need to set aside to retain financial stability.
‘A fixed saver account is paramount for this type of personality, as it sets a clear stop point for spending.’
The Saver-Splurger
Do you start every payday with the best itentions, moving money over to your savings and vowing to stick to a budget… only to end up in your overdraft over and over again?
If you, you’re the Saver-Splurger type – and you’re definitely not alone.
‘While most of us that get paid on a monthly basis plan out our finances each month in line with that, this may not be the most viable route for a saver-splurger,’ Clare tells us.
‘I would recommend saver-splurgers still having a monthly budget but then splitting that up into weekly spending pots so they don’t lose track as the month goes on and don’t find themselves struggling in the run up to payday.’
